How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the product ordered.
On average, orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 7–14 business days.
You’ll normally receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped so you can follow its progress.
I'd like to return or replace my order.
AnswerWe have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. To start a return, contact us at sphedlems@gmail.com. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.
For exchanges, the quickest method is to return the item you have and place a new order once your return is accepted. Please note that sale items and gift cards cannot be returned. For more information: Refund Policy
I'd like to cancel my order.

You can cancel your order if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible at sphedlems@gmail.com with your order details. If your order has already shipped, you can still make use of our 30-day return policy once you receive it.
