Delivery Times: to South Africa (Domestic):

• Processing time: 2–4 business days

From our premises to: Urban areas: 4–10 business days Remote areas: up to 20 business days

From our international suppliers: (if we have to get your order from our international suppliers):10–24 business days – most of our suppliers are from China)

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, courier delays, or other unforeseen factors.

Return Shipping Costs

If you are returning an item for reasons other than:

• The item is defective,
• Incorrect, or
• Damaged upon arrival

... a 10% restocking fee may apply, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. In the above three cases, we will cover the return cost or issue a prepaid label. For more information: Refund Policy

You can cancel your order if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible at srs@mrmrssornso.co.za with your order details. If your order has already shipped, you can still make use of our 30-day return policy once you receive it.
